Referral programme terms

Who can take part

Anyone with a Re-sim account can share their personal referral link. [Set any age, country or business-use restrictions.]

How referrals are counted

• A referral counts when someone opens your link and creates a new Re-sim account within 30 days.
• Each account can be referred once, and you can't refer yourself or accounts you control.
• Existing customers who sign in rather than create an account don't count.

Commission

You earn the commission rate shown in your account (currently set by Re-sim) on the amount each referred customer actually pays for their orders, after discounts and excluding refunds. The rate in force when an order is paid applies to that order.

Commission is pending during the refund window and then becomes available. If an order is refunded, its commission is reduced or cancelled.

Payouts

Available commission is paid by [payout method] once it reaches the minimum payout shown in your account. [Set payout schedule, currency, tax reporting and any identity checks required.]

Fair use

We may reverse commission and close referral access for spam, misleading promotion, fake accounts, self-referrals or other abuse. We may change or end the programme with notice; commission already available will still be paid.
