2. What we sell

We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for use outside your home network. A plan gives you the data allowance and validity period shown on the plan page. Plans are data-only unless the plan page states otherwise.

eSIM profiles are supplied by our network partner. Coverage, speeds and network availability depend on local networks and are not guaranteed.

3. Your responsibilities

• Check that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to an operator before you buy.
• Install the eSIM following the instructions provided, and keep installation details private.
• Use the service lawfully and in line with any fair-use policy shown on your plan.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. We then request your eSIM from our supplier.

If we cannot deliver your eSIM, we will refund you in full.

5. Validity and activation

Each plan states when its validity period starts (for example, on first connection in a covered country). Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable or transferable.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
